Stara Rawa dzis jest niewielka miejscowoscia w poblizu rezerwatu
rzeki Rawki, w XV-XVI wieku byla jednak waznym punktem na szlaku
handlowym miedzy Rawa Mazowiecka a Lowiczem. W tamtym okresie
znajdowalo sie tu az 5 karczm! Prawdopodobnie to tu kiedys
znajdowala sie Rawa, przed przeniesieniem jej na nowe miejsce
(dzis
Rawa Mazowiecka). Grodzisko to pozostalosc po straznicy rycerskiej
(sam budynek drewniany nie zachowal sie) z XI-XII wieku. Spore
wzniesienie terenu porosniete lasem widoczne jest z daleka. Dosc
dobrze zachowala sie fosa.
Kesz ukryty w fosie po zachodniej stronie grodziska.

Stara Rawa (Old Rawa) today is a small town near the river
reserve,Rawka, in the fifteenth-sixteenth century was an important
point on the trade route between Rawa Mazowiecka and Lowicz. At
that time there were as many as 5 inns! Probably it was here before

Mazowiecka).Settlement is a remnant of the knights guards (wooden
building itself was not preserved) from the eleventh-twelfth
century. Large wooded terrain elevation is visible from afar.
