I have always been a bodybuilding fan. Started with Arnold! I have even done 3 competitions of my own...

Bodybuilding was probably most personified by Arnold, before his movie and political career. He brought attention to a very obscure sport through his charismatic personality and wit. There were other before him like Steve Reeves, Arnold's own hero, and Eugen Sandow, who is considered the "father of modern bodybuilding." Ohio has a rich tradition of bodybuilding which continues to this day. Arnold's own history here has lived on in the contest bearing his name, The Arnold Classic, which is held in Columbus every spring. Many consider this contest second only to the Mr Olympia, the "Super Bowl" of bodybuilding. These guys make me look pretty puny, but they are the best of the best...Don't go to the coordinates listed on this page. Like all mystery caches, you have to figure those out for yourself!
