Geocache Description:

The cache is placed in an unusual park in Mockingbird Hills about 600 feet from street parking on Mockingbird Drive (N 41°12.625, W 096°3.300). DO NOT try to access this cache from "L" Street. The terrain on the way to the cache is fairly easy to navigate, but don't meander too far off the geotrail. Uneven ground and long drop-offs into a stream would make night caching hazardous and not recommended. If you are vertically challenged, you may need someone along to give you a boost.

This area can become quite overgrown in the warmer months and there is always the possibility of poisonous plants. The cache is a large screw top container with plenty of room for trades, travel bugs and coins. As with any cache, make sure the container lid is well tightened and re-camouflage the container well. Use stealth when necessary to conceal the location from muggles. The park is closed from 11pm to 5am.

Check out the stream this cache is hidden near on Google Maps. It flows under "L" street east of this cache and meanders through Mockingbird, disappearing as suddenly as it appeared. Pretty deep ravine and wide stream to hide, but somehow, they did it. I wonder where it goes from here?
