The Guinness Book of World Records declared the world's largest rubber band ball in 2008. Although I never dream of reaching any record it sounds fun to see how big this one will get. The cache container will grow as the rubber band ball does.
Parking north of the cache. Should be a quick park and grab. Terrain is a 2.5 because of the last 10-15 feet to the cache.
This rubber band ball originated in the newest cache at the top of the Lewiston Hill. When I saw it I knew I had to have it to start a new cache. My goal for this cache is for everyone to have fun and enjoy the creation of this rubber band ball. I have enclosed a bag of rubber bands and you can add 1, 2, 3, 5, or even 10 rubber bands when you visit this cache. Feel free to bring rubber bands with you to add to the ball or the stash. Feel free to share in your log how many rubber bands you have added to the ball.
As of September 22, 2013 this rubber band ball has outgrown 2 containers and is now in a half gallon protein container. The first container was a lock and lock and the second container was a large duck tape covered Jiff Peanut Butter jar. I could barely get the rubber band ball out of the peanut butter jar tonight when I removed it to put in the new container... Lets keep this rubber band ball growing!
