Geocache Description:

This cache is part of a series, set around the beautiful area of Bleasdale. The entire series can be done in around 5.5 hours, or it can be split into two circular routes, taking half the time. The walk follows private estate roads which are also public footpaths.

This cache is small, slightly bigger than a nano.

Lovely rhododendrons flourish in this area in late spring/early summer, preventing a bigger cache container.

Bleasdale Tower is ranked in the top 50 best sporting estates! It sits in the head of a lovely bowl, with a stunning view south. There is a grouse moor of 6,000-plus acres, too, with a lot of work done on upland management to regenerate the moorland.
