This cache is dedicated to a novel by Kate Morton, The House at
Riverton which is a thrilling mystery and a compelling love story.
It is set in two different time periods, 1924 when a poet takes is
own life in the lake of a grand English country house and, 1999
when a young director wants to make film about it. But there is a
shocking secret threatening to emerge....
This cache is one of the Novel Cache Series. The series includes
a variety of cache sizes, some suitable for TB drops. Some of the
cache containers are themed to the books and some are ordinary
caches. The terrain in places was very muddy when set in February
and unfortunately some of it involves a walk on the road.
Good parking for the series is at the Forestry Commission pay
and display car park at GC2PCWW Novel Cache: Ivy Shower, (bear in
mind the barrier is locked at night), or next to GC2NHJX Novel
Cache: Underground Man or near GC2N2EF Novel Cache Bonus: The Greek
Key.
