THE CACHE IS NOT AT THIS LOCATION. The question mark is in an open field sort of in the center of Queeny Park. The cache is in Queeny Park on Proximity Island. I found it while I was searching for Pirates' Treasure - a great adventure. Proximity Island exists because of the islands created by other caches placed in the park.
The cache container is bigger than a film canister and is at ground zero (GZ), which I'll call the center of Proximity Island. This is a very tiny island with aproximately 250 square feet of land. If you add or subtract .002 to the decimal minutes of the GZ north coordinate I believe you leave Proximity Island and enter the shark infested waters of the proximity encroachment ocean. Likewise, if you add or subtract .004 to the decimal minutes of the west coordinate I believe you leave Proximity Island and become shark bait.
If you find a proximity area in Queeny Park as small or smaller than this one send me the information and I will send you the coordinates where this cache is located.
The cache is above knee high. No need to get down or roll around to have fun. While you are here you might want to grab another cache or two in this nice park. I think there are about 40 other caches to choose from.
Additional note: Since this cache was put out, three caches have been archived. These missing points may or may not have been important to creating my PI.
