4.23. Unarchiving a Geocache
The archiving of a geocache is intended to be a permanent status. That is why only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ staff have the capability to unarchive it. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if it meets the current Geocache Listing Guidelines.
If a geocache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance it will not be unarchived.

Geocache Description:

‘Mrs Brown’ surveys this area from her perch above the railway. Over the years she’s seen this area change and gentrify to become a trendy part of the inner west. Passers-by these days are likely to be retro-trendy-latte seekers .. and most recently geocachers.
While you are here don’t forget to spend some time in the delightful little park, or maybe sample a latte from one of the cafes or a delicacy from the Red door Bakery.

Beware of trains, cars. Keep a close eye on junior cachers.
The cache is a small “eclipse like” cache which is easily reached from the walkway. You do not have to enter the garden, nor is it on Mrs Brown herself.
This is a quite a muggly area.
‘Mrs Brown’ is often thought of as a tough old bat, but apparently she liked a laugh, particularly with her buddy, horseman John Brown. They were so close .. well you get the picture.
