We came to the
U.S. a few years ago and English is our second language. "Charley
horse" is one of those words that we learned from our daughter
recently. "Roly Poly" and "Daddy Long-Legs" are other important
words that are clearly missing in English books for
foreigners!
In order to hunt this cache you will first need to complete two
tasks ...
Task 1:
First a little brain teaser
You
will find the cache at
N42 0N,EAR W088
0A,0RM!
You can check your answers for this puzzle on
Geochecker.com.
Task
2:
Invite "Daddy Long-Legs" or "Roly Poly" to join you on the cache
hunt!
Find
"Roly
Poly" or "Daddy
Long-Legs"! One of them will be needed for your
successful completion of this cache! Do not attempt this cache
without finding either of them first and taking that one with
you!
If you find a trail or better parking please let me know and I am
happy to update the cache description - I might have chosen a
harder way in than needed.
I don't use a Garmin, Magellan or DeLorme GPS yet - however: my
phone has an app that allows for GPS averaging. I averaged about
200 measurements on a cloudy day. Please let me know how the
coordinates work for you.
Some noteworthy Forest preserve rules:
