Geocache Description:

You will need to collect numbers(#) from the RR (Rampart Ramblings) caches....not all of them have a number(#) ......to complete the FINAL. Enjoy the tour.

Rampart is a beautiful spot where native grasses flourish. Bitter Root can be seen in the Spring blooming in the open airy grasslands. Many wild animals enjoy the area as well They not only have the open area but can escape into the trees for shade. The RCFlyers (remote control flying) can often be seen soaring their model craft high in the skies demonstrating their aerial prowess. This is a great place for walking and enjoying the beauty of the B.C. Southern Rockies which can be seen from across the valley. Each time we are out here it seems there is someone enjoying the area usually walking the dog or just taking advantageof the great outdoors.

Parking is near "Stick it to me".

The caches in this series are not in the open fields but rather along trails in the nearby forested area. You should be able to access these caches using old roads and animal trails. If you plan it right there is no need to climb over major hills....just go around them. Near the caches you will have to step into lightly covered forest.
