Osteria senza Oste a Valdobbiadene
L'osteria senza oste a Santo Stefano di Valdobbiandene, patria del cartizze e del prosecco, si trova in un eremo collinare dal quale si possono ammirare vigneti e dolci vallate dal verde riposante. Questa osteria è stata attrezzata di tutto punto per appetitosi spuntini da consumarsi in solitaria o meglio con parenti, ospiti e amici o in gruppo.
Ma ecco la particolarità: l'oste non c'e', ci si serve liberamente e l’offerta per ciò che si è gustato è lasciata all’onestà degli avventori, soprattutto turisti, che possono depositare in una cassetta sul tavolo della cucina il denaro. I cibi (di ottima qualità) sono ben conservati in contenitori su cui sono leggibili i vari prezzi. Alla fine sazi e soddisfatti si tirano le somme e si lasciano i soldi nell’apposito cassetto.
L’osteria senz’oste esiste. Non è una leggenda metropolitana come alcuni credono.
L’osteria senz’oste è un luogo ”magico”, che si trova immerso nelle splendide colline del comune di Valdobbiadene (TV); un luogo da “vivere” con intensità, dove poter ammirare un paesaggio incantevole in tutte le stagioni e in tutte le ore e dove mangiare cibi semplici, ma di ottima qualità.
L’oste, come suggerisce il nome del posto, non c’è; ogni persona che arriva in questa osteria si serve da sola scegliendo tra scaffali, mensole e frigoriferi quello che preferisce.
Si paga poi alla fine, seguendo un listino prezzi e mettendo il denaro in un contenitore/musigna che funge da cassa.
Non è facile arrivare qui visto che non ci sono indicazioni di nessun tipo, il proprietario vorrebbe che questo luogo rimanesse “esclusivo” e fosse conosciuto solo tramite il “passa parola“ tra persone amiche che conoscono bene il senso dell’onestà e del rispetto.
L’interno della vecchia casa rurale è accogliente (spesso d’inverno c’è anche il caminetto acceso) e la piccola terrazza panoramica sembra un trampolino di lancio verso l’infinito e PROPRIO SULLA TERRAZZA E' NASCOSTA LA CACHE. (portatevi la penna)

Osteria senza Oste in Valdobbiadene
The tavern without host in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiandene, home of cartize and prosecco, is located in a hilly retreat from which you can see vineyards and rolling green valleys from restful. This inn was equipped at all points for tasty snacks to be eaten alone or better with relatives, guests and friends or in groups.
But here's the special feature: The landlord is not there ', we used freely and the offer for what is left has enjoyed the honesty of customers, especially tourists, who can deposit in a box on the kitchen table money. The food (high quality) are well preserved in containers which are readable on the various prices. Eventually satiated and satisfied summing and leave the money into the drawer.
The osteria senz'oste exists. It is not an urban legend, as some believe.
The tavern is a place without oste "magic", which is nestled in the beautiful hills of Valdobbiadene (TV), a place to "live" with intensity, where you can admire a beautiful landscape in all seasons and all hours and eat simple food, but of excellent quality.
The host, as suggested by the name of the place, there, every person who arrives at the inn is served by only choosing the racks, shelves and refrigerators what they prefer.

It is not easy to get here because there are no indications of any type, owner wants this place to remain "exclusive" and was known only through "word of mouth" among friends who know well the meaning of honesty and respect.
The interior of the old farmhouse is cozy (often in the winter there is also a fireplace) and the small terrace looks like a springboard to infinity and ON THE TERRACE 'THE HIDDEN CACHE. (Bring a pen)
