This is a nice size cemetary with an older section that is fenced in and a newer section. Take a little time to walk through and see the beautiful verses on some of the stones.
My dad is buried here. Seems like a peaceful resting place. His grave is toward the back and on his stone are the words of the song "The Rose". Beautiful song. There are also quite a few young people here. SAD! Many loved ones have left beautiful trinkets on the graves! It is worth walking back through it just to view some of the memories of loved ones who are missed. Please be respectful and do not find this cache after dark. Over the hill from this cemetary is Captina Creek. Nice view!
