Cache is in "Donald Ross Nature Trail Park" on Hwy 9, across from a large grocery store near Lake Lure, NC ... the trails are well maintained, and uphill both ways!
This is a sign only 'LOG', you will need to bring your own pen/pencil. Please place the 'LOG' back carefully so future cachers can retrieve it easily.
The cache is located along Mountain Vista Trail, just off the beaten path. You might have to watch out 'FORE' a few muggles, but they'll be preoccupied doing what they do. Tree coverage 'OVER HEAD', may cause your GPSr to jump around a bit ... the cache container is out in the open, but still might be a difficult find for some!
Please make sure you replace the 'LOG' and the cache container just as you found it.
It's a great place for a picnic ... so bring the dogs and the kids ... you'll be sure to get a great workout!
