Ophiuchus is Rising Mystery Cache

When I got the idea for this puzzle, "Age of Aquarius" was running through my head for some reason, so "Aquarius is Rising" was my first idea for the title. I then thought about "Aries is Rising", my own sign. Then, "Gemini is Rising", W2's sign and in an Iron Maiden song (Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son). Haven't looked up W3's sign... In the end, I decided that since I didn't really follow Astrology anyway, I'd use "Ophiuchus" since it had got some press recently about being the "13th" Sign.

The above coordinates are not where the cache is located or even a good place to park.

The Container is a small lock-n-lock that can hold a few small items plus the logbook. It's a pretty tight fit, so you may need a tool to retrieve and please don't push it too far when replacing. You will need to bring your own writing instrument.
