KCR47-4 Traditional Cache
KWAKAMAN: Last one of my series of caches to archive. Thanks to all those cachers who have previously visited. It was fun putting these out there and watching the visits but keeping on top of these caches with less and less time is getting difficult.

This cache is located along the Trelewis stretch of the National Cycle Network 47 which passes through the Taff Bargoed Community Parc. Parking is also available at the park for those not cycling.
The park also has a popular fishing lake and weir pools which are used by the local canoe club. At the end of this particular stretch of the cycle way is the Welsh National Climbing Centre where a cup of tea/coffee can be obtained.
From the car park you also have the option to walk to Penalta Community Park, a reclaimed spoil tip of the former Penalta Colliery, which also contains a few caches to find.
The cache has been moved a couple of metres from its original spot due to some work in the area (25/3/13). Clue amended. The area is extremly popular with cyclists and walkers alike so stealth is required for retrieval.
