This is an easy access cache if you can step up a curb. Park in the cul-d-sac or on the street. My front window looks out at this cache, so if I see you I will probably wave. Rocks in a riverbed are only natural but this cache is one of a kind. There is $1 bill in the cache for the first to find. Bring your own pen. Turn and enjoy the view from Ground Zero.
