Geocache Description:

This cache is located in a park near a building with no windows on a small hill. There is nearby parking, but also plenty of muggles on weekends. Bring the family and grill and enjoy the area.

To keep it safe from the water (which I'm guessing rises occasionally), this cache is kept off of the ground. It is a camoed matchbox.
