Episode 13 in the Stockport Scouting series sees a move north east in the district into Brinnington. 12th Stockport meet at Pen - Y - Bryn on Brinnington Road. All three group youth sections are represented here. 12th Stockport has a Beaver Scout Colony for the 6 - 8 year olds, a Cub Scout Pack for the 8 - 10 1/2 year olds and a Scout Troop for the 10 1/2 - 14 1/2 year olds.
The group are identified by their neckers which are black with a green border. Any cachers wanting more information on the group or to join as a youth or adult member please contact the cache owner who will be pleased to assist you in making contact.
This cache in particular is in a very muggle rich environment on a busy main road close to community centre, church and shops. This does have the advantage of proximity to a bus route for access and shops for geo supplies but is very exposed please use stealth wherever possible.
