Subliminal stimuli are any sensory stimuli below an individual's absolute threshold for conscious perception. Visual stimuli may be quickly flashed before an individual may process them, or flashed and then masked, thereby interrupting the processing. Audio stimuli may be played below audible volumes, similarly masked by other stimuli, or recorded backwards in a process called backmasking. Introduced in 1895, the concept became controversial as "subliminal messages" in 1957 when marketing practitioners claimed its potential use in persuasion.
It seems that every day we are bombarded with subliminal messages trying to get us to buy this thing or that. We don't always pick up on it but the message sits inside our head until we see the product that is being pushed and click! We "remember" to buy something we probably never wanted in the first place.
In our recent past subliminal messaging was banned from being used in advertising but you can be sure that it is still being used, and it may not be that easy to track.Able minded people may notice the brief flicker that will link what their eye sees with their brain, however most of us are blissfully unaware and the subconscious image is stored within our brain waiting to be switched on when we least expect it.
A brief look at this page would indicate that there is a hidden message here waiting for you to discover. You'd be right of course, my motivation is to use subliminal messaging to help you find the cache which I'm sure you'll manage just fine. In fact I'll bet a gold coin on it. It's almost too easy!
