Geocache Description:

General Depot Sagamihara in Japan is a U.S. Army supply facility. The old abbreviation YED (Yokohama Engineering Depot), was established to take over the premises and facilities before the war Sagami Army Arsenal.

The main gate of the facility is called the west gate. The cache is hidden on the outside of the facility, where you can see the gate. The cache container is a card holder. The content is only the log sheet. Bring the writing materials because it is not included.

相模総合補給廠は在日アメリカ陸軍の補給施設で、以前はYED(Yokohama Engineering Depot)と呼ばれていました。JR相模原駅、矢部駅北側の広大な敷地を持つ施設で、戦前相模陸軍造兵廠であった施設を接収して設置されたものです。
この施設のメインゲートを地元では西門と呼んでいます。近くには商店街、岡本太郎作のモニュメントがあります。
キャッシュはゲートが見える場所に隠されていますが、もちろん施設の外に設置されています。コンテナはカードケースでログシートのみですのでペンをお持ちください。
