Another cache opportunity for this thriving neighborhood! This should be fairly easy for those who have been cachers for a little while. It's not far from the path so mud should be minimal.
I've updated the difficulty rating on this one due to recent logs indicating a DNF. It's alive and well and be sure to watch out for creepy/crawly things since you are next to this field.
You will come upon a large open piece of land that just seems to be sitting there. It is zoned for an elementary school but funding and current flood "risks" are greatly delaying construction for a while.
Hopefully you'll find this good sized cache that already has some decent kids swag inside.
This is a high traffic muggle area especially during nice weather. You can blend in if your walking a dog, jogging or using any of the usual stealth tricks. This can also be a fairly easy park & grab.
