Simple hike from the small town of Gilderton.
Don't try in bare feet...!
Guilderton is one of our favorite places to visit.
But everyone sees the placid side of Guilderton. The river, the beach, the fish and chip shop...but how many of you have seen the WILD side of Guilderton?
On my trip out to GZ I encountered lizards, kangaroos and saw many snake tracks.
At the chosen location I ended up engaged in a stand-off with a couple of cows (I HOPE they were cows!!)
The cache is hidden in the usual fashion for the region.
It'll be a lot harder in the winter when the Murray breaks through into the sea.
I would imagine the best way to approach the cache would be from the beach.
Don't attempt the cache with bare feet (like I did)
