Orton 4 - Water Source Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Royal Oak: No cache should be placed, even in a natural or intended hole, in a drystone wall. When the cache gets moved slightly, or drops down, stones start to be moved when cachers look for it and damage occurs to the wall. It doesn't matter who is at fault but I have no option but to archive a cache if a dry stone wall is being damaged, intentionally or otherwise.

Geocache Description:

This is the Forth of the Orton village series. The Cache is a small tub with a log and a few small swaps. This is suitable for wheel chair users only it will be awkward to reach final cache placement and this is a quiet village so please be considerate when looking for the series.

This is the Forth of the Orton village series. You will be taken for a stroll around the village, past the Chocolate factory, the Church, the pub and the village shop. You will also see a beautiful house from 1604 and others from the last 400 odd years. I have come to love this village and the people are so welcoming.
