This cache is classified as a “Unknown - Mystery Cache” because the cache is not at the listed coordinates.
It is located in the woods behind the Board of Light and Power building off of Wright Street. The best place to park is in the “BLP” parking lot, or park at the JR Smith sign and walk down the road towards the Hydro plant.
The listed coordinates will bring you to soom ribbons in a tree.
This is where the starting "line" begins. Simply follow the lines to the cache.
The cache container is a large ammo box clearly marked as an official Geocache.
The white line will bring you to the black line.
There are several caches in this area - JR Smith, Maggie, To Bee Or Not To Bee, Madeline 2, and More Power To You are the closest. The Collinsville caches and The top of Wright Street are right up the street. Sand Pit, Kirby's Hill, PAC, and Elizabeth are on the other side of the river.
