I’m getting back to my music series (since I
have only placed 2!) and thought I would give this one to Janis
Joplin for 2 main reasons…
1. My new Geo-wonder Dog is named Joplin!
2. Her music just rocks!
A little history about my pets… All
of my pets are named after Rock Musicians/Groups of the 60’s,
70’s, and 80’s. There is Styx, the German
Shepherd, Ozzy, the black lab, AC and DC, 2 yellow cats, and now
Joplin, the Min Pin! So far she has lived up to her
name! Especially if you let her off her
leash!
Janis Joplin is known for her raspy voice, her
blues/rock music, and well, to put it bluntly, her drug use!
However, that aside… She had many #1’s,
gold records, and is one of the best known Female Rock
Artists. Janis Joplin died way too early at the age of only
27.
Just some of my favorites are Take Another Piece
of My Heart, Me and Bobby McGee, Cry Baby, Summertime, and Move
Over.
The cache is hidden in a usual manner and in a
spot that needed a cache! It should be a simple P&G and
BYOP. I averaged the cords, but it was during a storm.
