Wax Myrtle Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Isonzo Karst: Checked my Conners caches today. This one looked fine, but when I opened it, the container broke.
Decided to just pull this and archive.

Geocache Description:

A small cache about a mile from the parking at Conner Preserve. Cache overlooks a wetland prairie.

The last 150 feet could get overgrown (sorry about the blackberry). Currently there's animal track to the cache, and the field between the trail and the cache has been recently burnt.

This large myrtle caught my eye; from a distance, I thought I was looking at the largest myrtle trunk I'd ever seen. Closer inspection revealed a different reality.
