Geocache Description:

Located at the end of the Sunny Corner trail, is this delightful weir! One of my favourites so far! Just follow the trail, past an ex-arboretum, and your there! – Only one minor problem… The trail is rather overgrown… In fact, I was going to call this cache “Weird Forgotten Road – Lost Arboretum Weir”, but that seemed like a little too much of a mouthful! Besides, the arboretum is dead – burnt in the 2003 fires…

A couple of weirs ago, I posted my theory as to the purpose of all these weirs! Well, this weir seems to throw a spanner into that theory… It is the second weir along the Condor Creek! Why would you need two? Anyways, it doesn’t matter, this is a wonderful spot, well worth visiting just to find the weir! I spent ages there, enjoying the location! (But of course, you get a cache as well! Bonus!)

Once again, this is a multi-cache. You need to answer some questions to find the location of the cache!

Along the way: B = The number of pipes under the road at the ex-arboretum

At the weir:
A = The number of unused holes on the RHS equipment cabinet hinge +1
C = The number of bolts attaching the roof of the equipment cabinet
D = The number of missing bolts at the top of the RHS blade, (facing downstream)
E = The number of letters in the name of the padlock

Now the cache can be found at S35° 19.CDE, E148° 49.AB0

Checksum A+B+C+D+E = 23

Please BYO pen.
