Geocache Description:

This cache is placed in alleyway between Imham Road and Lichfield road. This can easily be done as a cache and dash.

You can either park on Imham road or by the shops on Lichfield Road, both are free.

You will not need to leave the path. This cache is reasonabily close to both a train line and an electricity sub-station but you will NOT need to go anywhere near either of them.

This path is well used so you may need to be a little careful you dont get spotted.

When reading the title of this Cache you need to do a couple of things

• You need to take on a very heavy Philadelphia brawl
• You need to be humming the ‘Eye of the Tiger’ in your head
• You need to become appalling at acting!!

Obviously it’s inspired by Rocky and that is for a specific reason.

As a teenager growing up in this area this alleyway was the chosen place you came to if you fell out with one of your fellow teenagers and had to settle it with a bit of fisticuffs. I came to this place on many occasions after school when there were rumours that there was going to be a fight.

Only once was I involved, after being best friends for about 5 years with somebody I shall refer to as ‘DC’ we fell out about a bit of copied homework. My fight lasted about 16 seconds and was mainly us rolling about on the floor until I ‘accidently’ kneed somewhere boys don’t like being kneed ......and it was all over.

So..... not my proudest moment, but certainly the highlight of my ‘Rocky’ career. And if I’m honest, I still occasionally smile about it some 25 years on when I drive past.

I try and make my caches reasonibly easy, particularily if you read the giveaway hint, if you have spent more than a couple of minutes looking you are probably in the wrong place.... or it has been muggled.

A medium sized tupperware box big enough to hold a few items.

Well done to the folowing, all within 12 hours of publishing.
