The Scout Master: This cache is one of the clues for a nearby puzzle cache that has 3 other caches for the clues to the final. When I went by to check on these 4 caches I found Two of them had issues, one was again missing. Due to continued problems with one or more of these (perhaps it is the area), I have decided to archive all 4 of them. Thanks to all Who visited.

Geocache Description:

The cache is NOT located at the above posted coordinates.

This confusing Exit on I-85 is representative of the odd way many of the exits off the interstate are set up in Greenville. For some reason, one must exit the interstate WAY ahead of where the actual exit is, possibly as much as a mile or more. Once you have passed the entry point, which a traveler can easily miss, he (or she) then does not realize the exit ramp has been passed until almost where a "normal" exit WOULD be, and then must travel on down to the NEXT exit and return to the correct one.

In this case, Exit 46 includes THREE exit 46s, (46A, 46B, and 46C) so I though a triplet of caches was called for, AND, since the exit can be a puzzle itself, I also added a PUZZLE cache.

This is a PUZZLE CACHE. TO DO IT, YOU MUST FIRST DO MY OTHER THREE CACHES AT EXIT 46:
They are:
I-85 Exit 46A - RED LIGHTS! (GC2Q95D),
I-85 Exit 46B - BOXDEPOT (GC2Q95R), and,
I-85 Exit 46C - Posted (GC2Q965)

YOU WILL FIND THE CLUE AT THE TOP OF THE LOG SHEET IN EACH CACHE.

Go to the posted Coordinates (Remember - the cache is NOT located here, but is nearby).
This will take you to a parking lot.
If you have not done the 3 caches needed for the clues, do them now.(see above)

Once you have done the 3 caches and obtained the clues from them, you will need to plug the answers in the final coordinate formula found here:
N 34 48.131
W 082 22. A B C,
where A is the clue found on the I-85 Exit 46A cache log,
and B is the clue found on the I-85 Exit 46B cache log,
and C is the clue found on the I-85 Exit 46C cache log.

Now, follow your GPS to the final coordinates where you will find the cache
