Amy's Proposal Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

Reviewer Revan: Cache Owner (CO) has not responded, so I am regretfully archiving this cache to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking new cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace this cache sometime in the future (not to exceed 10 days from the date of this entry), just contact me (by e-mail), and assuming it still meets the current Guidelines, I will consider unarchiving this cache.

Please be advised this is not a guarantee that this geocache will be unarchived. Many factors will go into my decision. The most important of which is how you responded to geocachers who tried to communicate with you regarding the problem(s) with this geocache hide and how you communicated with me, the Reviewer Revan.

Geocache Description:

This is where Christian proposed to my Daughter Amy.

On March 14, 2011 around 8:30pm while the sun was set and with a quarter moon almost directly over head, Christian and Amy were walking across the bridge at "Water's Edge" stuffed on a wonderful meal from a nearby restaurant. The moonlight twinkled on the water as they approached the bridge. Christian noticed something in the bushes near the bridge and handed it to Amy. It was a geochache container covered in Camouflage tape and with an Official Geocache label on the outside.
She opened it and discovered a hand-made cartoon of the type she had seen many times before. It was an interaction between Polar Bear(that represents Christian) and a Panda Bear(that represents Amy). Instead of something humorous, the Polar Bear was proposing to the Panda Bear.

As she looked up into Christian's eyes, something nearby was sparkling too, the engagement ring.

As Amy became the "First to Find Amy's Proposal", Christian was the First to Find, his true love.
------
This container is the same container that held the proposal.

Now, we couldn't plant the real geocache at this spot because it was within 1/10 mile of a current cache, so while you are in the official proposal spot of the romantic event, you are not quite there for the real container. For that, you have to do some observations from this "Virtual" location to get to the real thing!
---
If you are at the correct GPS coordinates, you should be on the north side of the bridge.
If you look at the wall using an angle of 320 degrees, you will see a number on the wall. Let's call that number YYY.
Next look at an angle of 100 degrees and grab that number off of the wall. Let's call that number XXX.

Your final location is...
33° (825 - XXX)' 17.78" N
96° (856 - YYY)' 11.19" W

It's a short 2/10ths of a mile from here on a pleasant path on a public park, so enjoy the rest of the romantic scenery along the way.

(P.S.) Puzzle corrected after FTF's notice I reversed XXX & YYY initially.
Watch out for Thorns!
Thanks TommeGun!!
