This is a short circular walk around Knowles Wood taking approx 90
mins. Suggested parking is on Bannister Lane (N53 38.389 W002
43.541) and head down Wrennalls Lane - Taking the public footpath
on the left past the farm buildings.
On crossing the stile into the wood you will head left along the
edge of the wood, however observe the bridge over Howe Brook as you
will have to return to this to reach Mr. Peacock. This is the 3rd
location for this cache as previous locations have clashed with
other mystery caches in the area. The cache is a regular sized
plastic container and contains log,pencil and a few other bit and
bobs. The location of the cache is a natural hiding place adjacent
to a fallen tree and just off the path.
