This series was inspired by Captain Willys "guard the rails" series in south western ohio,thus the name. Don't get complacent just becuase most of these are simple,just like Willy, i may get tricky.
Oceola is my hometown,it has no stoplights,if you blink you'll miss it,but it does havefour caches! I thought what better place to start a series rather than end it ,just to be different.As always,be careful, have fun,and good luck.
