A nice 15 minute walk on the chase, just off Marquis drive (a good place to park your car and use the facilities there if you want.) If you're walking downhill you're going in the right direction. Young children might not enjoy the walk back though.

This cache is a cut down tripflare tube and contains logbook, pencil, pencil sharpener and all the usual odds and sods you would expect in a small cache. Be warned though - the cache is somewhat disguised and I hope elusive too. Somewhat cryptically, the longer the cache stays in its location the harder it will get to find. As usual, when on the chase please be careful not to disturb the local fauna (adders, deer, ground nesting birds etc).
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff of the Forestry commission for their assistance and for granting permission to place this Geocache.
I love to see the photos that Cachers take of this cache, but if possible try to avoid photos that give too much away of its unusual location. Thanks..
