When you become a Geocacher, you soon learn that the sport
involves tubes of all sizes...from tiny cylinders the size of your
pinky fingernail to giant tunnels as big as a car and everything in
between. You'll find unique uses of tubes and unique places they
can be found. Over ten of the nearby caches have some sort of tube
associated with them.
Here's a friendly cache, easily accessible and big enough for a
nice selection of swag and trackable Travel Bugs and Geocoins. This
cache is located along Kasson-Mantorville's Sunrise Trail.
The best parking is either the lot just southwest of the bridge
in Mantorville or along the dead end by the cemetary. (Do not park
on Highway 57). Bike or walk on the trail to grab this cache. Be
cautious about muggles, as they can sneak around the corners rather
quickly.
