This is the third cache of a series that I am starting in hopes of increasing the number of caches in Fallbrook. Hopefully others will follow so I can actually find some!
FNMC (Fallbrook Needs More Caches) #3 is named after my chocolate lab, who walks with my wife when she goes to pay the water bill. Cache is probably most easily accessible after 5pm when the FPUD closes. I am not listing the size or giving a hint on this one. I wanted to make it interesting. I got this idea for a "blind cache" so to speak from a cache in Oceanside. No size and no hint. Good luck!
