To log the cache, bring a piece of
paper (about 4" x 1" is perfect) with either your geocaching name
or your real name pre-printed on it, and drop it in the bucket at
Ground Zero. One piece of paper per person, even if they share a
geocaching name to make counting easier.
The Flash Mob will start at EXACTLY 1100 according to the GPS
clock, and will end at 1115.
Bring a musical instrument, either a real one, a homemade one,
or even one made out of cardboard, or even rock out with an air
guitar. Come dressed as your favorite band or musician (even Justin
Bieber counts) and join everyone for a rousing rendition of some of
the classic tunes from your childhood that everyone knows and
loves.

Timeline
- Stay away from Ground Zero until 1100. Stay in your car or walk
around acting like you don't know anyone
- 1059 - make your way to GZ still acting like you don't know
anyone
- 1100 - an ammo can will be placed at GZ, drop your preprinted
sheet of paper with your geocaching name preprinted on it.
- 1100 - 1105 - Play your instruments, make music, act like your
favorite musicians, etc
- 1105 - At the sound of the whistle, we will all group together
to play and sing a couple of songs with Mr Geldhart
conducting.
- 1110 - Group Photo
- 1112 - Last chance to drop your name into the bucket to log
your attendance and enter the door prize draw
- 1114 - Do any necessary CITO and leave quickly to reassemble at
the Tailgate Party where
prizes will be given out.
- 1115 - Everyone has left the area
Difficulty rating of 2 reflects the 15 minute allotted time
period in which to claim the cache. If you aren't prompt you could
miss it.
If your name is not on a log sheet you will not be able to log
the event. Your attended log will be erased.
If everything goes right we will have several people converging
on one spot for a 15 minute geocaching event and then disappearing.
This could be lots of fun and maybe even raise a few muggle
eyebrows.
The event will happen rain or shine! Please come prepared.
Geocaching Souvenirs
There IS a souvenir being planned for all official WWFM VIII
events. The souvenir will be retroactively awarded to all people
who have logged an "attended" log on any of the official WWFM VIII
events within 2 weeks of the event date. This will only be done one
time, so make sure to tell your attendees to log their attendance
right away.
