Geocache Description:

This is the 16th cache in my series about the favorite golf courses I have played. This is in honor of Red Hawk Golf Club.

Red Hawk Golf Club is located in East Tawas, Michigan. I have played this course numerous times and enjoyed myself a little more each and every time. A difficult placement type course, Red Hawk is a test for every level of golfer. The shorter tees shorten the course dramatically versus the championship tees, but the golfer MUST be accurate or pay the penalties of errant tee shots. This Arthur Hills designed track is completely carved out of the surrounding forest, but it was constructed into the natural contour of the land. The golfing adventure here is truely memorable, with every hole offering a distinct and unique test.

The cache you are looking for is a regular-large style of container. There is a log book but bring your own pencil.....there is bit of swag in there already, so go ahead and trade evenly if you wish. There really isn't any trouble with this one, just a bit of a walk from "legal" parking. Please place the cache back as found and have fun!!!!
