Geocache Description:

Industrial Park in Simi Valley, the "Foocachers" have a space in here that we rent and we noticed there were no caches so...while boarding up a broken store front window from an attempted break-in of our space, hence the name of the cache, we placed one. Should be and easy P&G, log only so BYOP.

Depending on the time of day or night there may be "muggles", so use stealth. There have also been some break-ins in the area, see above, therefore we would advise against late night visits, the police are on high alert.

Congratulations to .....drum roll please...Retrofit...big surprise, we know...for FTF!
