The Palmer Preserve - Middlesex Land Trust
Welcome to the Palmer Preserve, 80 acres owned by the Middlesex Land Trust. Take Route 66 to the intersection of Route 66 and Route 151 in Cobalt center. Turn on Depot Hill Road and bear left on what looks to be Old Middletown Road (at a crossroads before going up the hill) this road becomes Middle Haddam Road. You will cross over Great Hill Pond Brook after approximately two-tenths of a mile. Parking is on the right hand side. After parking next to the barn, the trail starts to the right of the Palmer Preserve sign. Marked by orange blazes.
