Geocache Description:

Nice little park to walk around in and enjoy the scenery. The starting cache is full of goodies for the taking. A SFA ball cap never worn. A Travel bug with no dog tag, we picked up while caching, a Chinese opera magnet from Beijing, miniature coke can so tiny, sea glass tumbled from Santa Barbara beach found by me, and an Army man. Please hide back and let me know what you trade.

This is a recently reclaimed park that has a really interesting history to it. There is a marker near the entrance and parking area that give the whole history about the cache. The Nacogdoches Masters Gardeners have started doing a lot of planting here and it looks much better than it did 10 years ago. This is a great place to just relax or take some pretty photos. The cache is located a short walk south from the parking area. It is a medium size container with room for SWAG!
