Update
5-9-11
I am asking every
cacher that goes for these caches to please make sure containers
are closed properly, and if you find a wet log could you replace
with a new log. The best way to keep this power trail going is help
and cooperation from fellow cachers. So if you are planning the
power trail load up on bison tube logs and nano logs. I thank you
very much.
B.R.R.P.T stands for Bear River
Road Power Trail
Who
ever said "It's not all about the numbers". These caches will prove
that "It IS all about the numbers".
There are a Large number of caches on this trail.
It could be done in 1 day. Some spots along the trail has no
Phone service from Verizon or AT&T. So you may want to
come prepared with some other way of getting info on the caches
while you are caching.
The
Power trail should be for most people. All the caches should be as
close to the road as possible. I tried to get all Caches on the
same side of the road, but with houses and clear areas, I had to
place on both sides of the road. If you are traveling down the road
and the cache is on the other side of the road, PLEASE Do Not Park the wrong way on the road.
Please park on the correct side of the road
and walk safely across the road. It may take you an extra
minute.
Most of the caches are micros, but for the family cachers
there will be some smalls, and some small/regular caches on
the trail for some trading. Please trade fairly and trade
up.
Some of the caches were donated by S.A.G. Members
(Straits Area Geocachers). I thank you for your donations, and I
hope you enjoy the Power Trail.
Remember to not always follow your gps
everywhere.
Good luck and Happy Caching.
If
you find a cache missing off of it's hook, and you have a micro to
hide, then If you replace the cache you can log it as a
smiley.
I
have added a waypoint for a gas station to #1 and #93, so depending
on which way you start you will have the gas station on your GPS'r.
The Waypoint is the same on both pages and it is the only Gas
Station that is anywhere near this Power Trail.
