Geocache Description:

John is the letter J in the LAPD phonetic alphabet.

I recommend using a vehicle with good ground clearance. This series in on an unmaintained dirt road. TRAVEL AT YOUR OWN RISK! It starts out good on both ends and has some dips in the middle and can change with each rain or snow melt.

The LAPD phonetic alphabet is also sometimes referred to as the APCO (Association of Public Safety Communications Officials International) phonetic alphabet.
