This is the 3rd in a series hidden behind, beyond, before, or even beside (but never beneath) subdivision entry signs, e.g., BEhind a SubDIvision Entry Sign can kinda be represented as BESIDES. In New England, we don't have subdivisions but housing developments (and they're not named). I've played with their names a bit. These are meant to be 'benign', i.e., not evil. OK, well, this one is "reasonably benign."
Part of the reasoning 'behind' BESIDES is that I'm coordinate challenged due to using the iPhone ap. (You should see me deal with being unable to enter coordinates for a puzzle or multi cache with this thing.) My coordinates may be off but that's 'beside' the point for this series as you're looking for something hidden right by a subdivision entry sign. Besides, if you provide me coordinates from your GPS, I'll replace what I recorded.
