Hello everyone. My name is ShadowcasterCDN from Canada, and I am
coming to town for my buddy's birthday. But I figured why not come
down a day and a half early and cache the heck out of the strip,
and hold an event to meet other cachers from the area and or
cachers from abroad who just happen to be here visiting at the same
time.
I am holding this event at the Luxor Hotel and think we will gather
for 8:00pm and end at 9:00pm (just 1hr of your time folks). This
can be treated as a drop in and out event! So if you can't stay
don't feel bad, and those that want to stay and chat I am very much
looking forward to chatting it up with you.
From the reception lobby at the Luxor there is the Casino straight
ahead, above that is a Promenade. Once up there, head to the rear
and you will happen on a little food court. I will be there with a
table with a logbook, and trackables for moving along and for
discovery only. There we can meet, share stories and then head our
separate ways, as I know I will be very very tired by then after an
exhausting day caching the strip.
Since there has been such over whelming response to this event, I
would like to suggest that everyone attending maybe budget a few
dollars to buy a coffee, soft drink, bottle of water ect. from one
of the vendors in the food court. I would hate to upset them by
having so many people there not spending something. But no pressure
if you don't want to.

By the way if anyone is planning on caching the strip on the
4th, I could use some company if you are interested. Caching is
always more fun as a group in my opinion. So if you are interested
send me a message through geocaching.com and we can arrange a meet
up time and place for that.
