The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates. Instead, you have to sort out my feelings about the wet side of Washington and the dry side of Washington out right.
Well, in Wenatchee, it has puzzled me. Because I am from Washington’s wet side, Wenatchee’s environment is strange but cool compared to the wet side. In the wet side we have tons of strangling blackberry vines and bushes we have to deal with when we go caching. Here in the dry side we have those really annoying short thorny and brambly shrubs that poke you when you are looking for a cache. But in the wet side you have to bother with GPS coverage when it rains, as in the dry side it’s sunny for about 300 days a year. Yes, I like both sides, but even though the dry side and the wet side are completely different environments, even in the same latitude, they have their charms.
However, the dry side still puzzles me. I have mixed feelings about it…Unfortunately all those mixed feelings have gotten mixed up in my brain. I think they will give you the coords to the cache.

I will not put a geochecker. You will know you have the correct coords when you have it. Just check it on Google maps and it will line up with the attributes.
The zero is part of the coords, so do not do anything to it. The cache is located just off a nice biking trail with a great view, so make sure to bring your camera. It is a small sized Tupperware container.
