Small micro cache room for maybe a geocoin

This cache demonstrates that they don't make them like they used to.

Historic facts about Waverley Park:
1837 - First land grant for Flagstaff Farm
1880 - Became a park - Used for flower shows and Cattle grazing.
1883 - Sydney Water acquires land at top of hill for water reservoir
1887 - Reservoir 1 completed (underground)
1890 - Cricket oval built in place of Chinese market gardens.
1892-93 - First Pavilion built (cost 90 pounds.)
1908 - 2nd larger Pavilion built with 150 seats.
1913 - Council Chambers site established.
1918 - Reservoir 2
1918 - Tennis courts
1938 - Reservoir 3 (Square boring building adjacent to park)
1939 - Larger pavilion built with dressing rooms, first aid rooms and seating for 700.
1959 - Remembrance Rose Garden
1973 - Netball courts
2010 - 2011 - New Pavillion under construction.
2011 - Geocache placed
2012 - Grandstand completed. Ironically, it's a very sterile steel and concrete construction.

You are standing in the park on top of Reservoir 1. Ingeniously, they hid it in a hill.
Reservoir 2, they decided to go above ground but make it look good. It's the gorgeous art deco building. (it's also underground)
Reservoir 3, they didn't care any more. It's the ugly square thing to the southwest.
