Geocache Description:

Tulsa Area Geocachers present:
Oklahoma Fall Fest 2011!

Join us at Keystone State Park, October 15th & 16th, 2011 for Fun, Food, Fellowship, Camping, and of course, Geocaching!

Located on beautiful Keystone Lake, this state park offers 22 lake-view cabins with fireplaces, a community center with kitchen, picnic areas, group picnic shelters, 72 RV sites with full hookups, 82 tent campsites, comfort stations with showers, lighted boat ramps, a children's fishing pond, playgrounds, hiking trail, fitness trail and more. The full-service Pier 51 Marina is also located in the park and offers boat rentals, boat fuel and boat ramps, as well as a seasonal restaurant. Enjoy fishing, boating, water skiing, and other family fun activities (like geocaching) at Keystone State Park.

PRINTABLE BROCHURE WITH SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Activities include:
* Hide and seek:
The main event! Use your imagination to create the best cache. Hide it and they will seek.

* Geo-Bingo: How well do you know your fellow geocachers? Break the ice with this great get-to-know-you game!

* Children's Game: Fun for the younger cachers and the young at heart. Our main objective is to have a great time and maybe find a few caches and make some new friends.

* Other fun activities, sessions and general geocaching good times.

* 106 uses for BBQ Sauce: (A Separate Event on October 14th!) Bring your best BBQ recipe and have it judged by the group. (As long as it has BBQ sauce in it or on it, it is eligible to be judged.)

Saturday Registration will open at 8:30am. Hide & Seek caches should be placed by 11am and coordinates will be released as near Noon as possible. Sunday prize drawings will begin at 1pm.

Event meals: Again this year we are pleased to have or meals prepared by Boy Scout Troop 84. The Troop performs this service as a fund raiser. Last year they were able to send their troop to camp with funds raised durring Fall Fest.
The three meal plan includes Saturday Dinner, Sunday Breakfast and Sunday Lunch. They are also offering an optional sack lunch for Saturday. You can find the entire Menu here. While the Geocaching Event is free of charge, taking advantage of the prepared meals is strongly encouraged. Group meals promote interaction and communication during the event. Regardless of your meal plans each participant must complete the Waiver/Release of Responsibility.

Register early and post your "will attend" with the number coming. Let us know how many to plan for!

Meal Order Forms and Release Forms are available here.
