Geocache Description:

Mäo teeristilt kilomeeter edelas on lagedal väljal kuusetukaga kaetud küngas, kuhu pärimuste järgi on maetud 1573.a. Paide piiramisel langenud 3000 Vene sõdurit. 1886.a. püstitati künkale lihtne paekivist obelisk. 25. septembril 1604.a. toimus Mäos veel üks suur lahing, kus Poola väed võitsid rootslasi.
