Nethercott Place Traditional Cache
Bradfordgull: The sign where this cache was hidden has been removed. There are no other locations that are suitable without being in full view of all the houses. The car parking restrictions in the area are also a lot more strict and I don't want someone ending up with a ticket. Finally I am thinking of moving soon, so all good reasons to archive the cache. Thanks to all that have visited.

A quick cache and dash not far from Heavitree High Street, which is a district of Exeter in Devon. Please only attempt from 9am to 9pm
Nethercott Place is a small and fairly new build housing estate on the back of the Tesco/Esso garrage in Heavitree and situated of Roselands Drive in Exeter.
I live in one of the houses in this small estate in a house share. I thought it would be nice to have a cache right near to my home. It is a lovely part of Exeter and is nice and quiet. I may even bump into you as I can see the cache location from the kitchen but please be discrete
If you are driving to this cache you will have to approach from Heavitree High Street, along South Lawn Terrace, straight on at the roundabout to Roselands Avenue and then onto Roeslands Drive where Nethercott Place is at the end of the road. You will not be able to drive to the cache location from Whipton Drive onto Roselands Avenue as it is blocked here.
You are very overlooked by all the houses in the area so stealth is an absolute must and you need to be very discrete. Please only attempt this cache from 9am to 9pm. Please note that parking is not permitted in the court yard so you will have to park in Roselands Drive and Avenue where there are normally a few spaces. You may walk the 10 meters onto the court yard to retrieve the cache.
