Working Up a Sweat Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Snotty Dog: Finally was able to confirm the MIA status. Between the cache being pilfered several times, and car crashes taking it out more than once, this one is being archived.

Geocache Description:

Nano-sized; should be fairly quick. BYOP

This is my favorite hill to run - from the intersection of Laurel Road & Campbell Road, to the park at the top. You're guaranteed to Work Up A Sweat!

There is parking, though keep a close eye out for traffic, as it's rarely going slow. Not a good cache for kids.

It helps to be a little off in the head to like running this hill. Most of my running friends fit the description. The really sick ones ride it, then run it. I'm not that sick.... yet.

You'll get special mention if you run or ride to the cache location! But, it's not even half way to the park at the top, so don't stop here! Mention in the log that you ran or rode your bike to GZ - and whether you finished the climb, or called it good at this location. Take a photo of you at GZ, in your running or riding attire.

A High-Five to aStrongOne for enduring the elements to log the FTF!!!

On a clear day, you can see many mountain tops in the Cascade Range, from farther up the road. Lots of sights to see on this scenic climb.

Honorable Mention:
1. Maggiehelen - she ran the hill with me and helped place the cache. We ran the rest of the way to the top.
2. Spot did the deed via bike!
3. SnowDad - reached the cache, and the park at the top, via bike. And, via run in 01/12!
4. Run Like the Wind ran the full hill with me on 11/24/12.
